March meetings
March has been a busy conference month!
In early March, Dr. Devineni attended the Drosophila Research Conference in Chicago. She co-chaired the Neural Circuits and Behavior session and presented a poster on our project on experience-dependent modulation of taste responses.
Then a couple weeks later Dr. Devineni and three lab members — Elle, Yen-Ju, and Hanti — went to the CSHL Neuronal Circuits meeting. We presented three posters and received lots of feedback, and got to hear about all the cool circuits research happening in all kinds of organisms and systems. It was great to see old friends and meet new colleagues!
